Answer: 11. The manager is responsible for all P&L (profits/lost..and as a result, budget). He more than likely has a heavy hand in staffing - hiring at least his admin assistant and all supervisory staff. He is responsible to make sure all are fully trained and following any procedure that is in place - in fact, he is the driver of all policies/procedures and sets the tone for the environment (he is the one that will let it be a light atmosphere or rule with an iron fist). He has to respond to any higher ups (directors, vps, pres, ceos...) and state why they area ahead/behind on budget - and he needs to be accountable for all money - any capital expenses need to be justified as does overtime, etc. He will also set the 'metrics' which are areas to measure to track progress from year to year - these are usually the same place to place (accuracy, productivity, turn over...) 2. Supervisors drive the course the manager has laid out. So, if productivity is an issue then the supervisors monitor their teams to ensure that they are working as efficiently as possible. The sups will coach and train their staff and write annual reviews for them as well. Depending on the manager, they may be involved with hiring their peers, writing procedures, developing plans for new equipment etc. This position is a front line position which means that a lot of times they are stuck between a rock and a hard place - delivering the desires of their boss, whether they agree with them or not..it can be tough waters to navigate but do so successfully and they can get promoted. 3. Hourly workers perform the 'guts no glory' work of the warehouse. All aspects of moving product relies on them - from unloading trucks to placing product in storage racks to picking and packing for shipment to customers. Rewards are few and the work is hard but as I said in point 1, if the manager is appreciative it can be a great environment - otherwise it is drudgery. Hope that helps

Answer: It is a SCAM Phone numbers which begin 0044 -7031 are personal numbers which can be diverted to anywhere in the world. No genuine company would use one. £12,00 is a very low salary for a manager. They will ask for money for visa, work permit and other things then disappear.
