Question: What would happen if a driving instructor gets into a car accident? And the instructor is the one that caused the accident to occur. I know its something wierd but I've always wondered about this...

Question: How do you become a GED instructor in Chicago? I want to be a GED instructor. I have so many clients without a high school diploma or GED and I want to help those that want their GED.
Answer: Thats a good thing, thanks for wanting to help people!! The best way is to become a teacher, certified. Getting your M.ed sure helps a lot too. Once you have all that you can seek employment at your local community college, most all community colleges have GED classes now.
Question: How much does an Arthur Murray Instructor make? I have been a student for a while and wish to become an instructor? If there is a pay cut is it worth it?
Answer: I taught at AM in NYC. Suggest you don't quit your present job unless you are a good salesperson. During the time I taught, the instructors got paid for the hours they actually worked with a student. The money to be made is in selling courses. Keep in mind that if you leave the studio you forego any commissions. They are included with your paycheck.
Question: How long would it take to become a certified scuba instructor? I'm going to become certified shortly and my eventual goal is to make a career out of scuba diving but I was wondering how long it takes to become an instructor? I think you need a certain number of dives or hours or something like that. I'm hoping that once I was certified I could work at a dive shop while I work on becoming an instructor. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me? Thanks.
Answer: As little as 6 months for some of these "vacation/internship" programs to as long as it's going to take you when starting from an OW. There's a learning ladder you have to climb, gaining not just knowledge but actual experience. The more time you commit to learning and doing, the faster your climb will be. The following are the levels associated with most training agencies.
1/ Open Water diver
2/ Advanced Open water diver
3/ Start taking specialty courses, like peak buoyancy or wreck etc. You can do some of these right after your Open water cert.
4/ Rescue Diver. After this you may jump to Dive Master or take some time to be a Master Diver (highest rate non pro scuba). At Advanced ( but more likely Rescue) and above you may also tinker in the "black arts" of tech diving. It's not required as a Scuba Instructor but many will give it a shot.
5/ Dive Master ( now you're officially a professional diver and can make money helping Instructors or leading dive groups)
6/ Asst. Instructor
7/ Instructor
8/ Various levels of Instructors are what's left. Everything from a Master Diver Trainer to ( in PADI) Course Director.
In answer to working at a dive shop while going for your Instructor cert. Yes. Some dive shops will take on an Advanced, Rescue or DM as an intern. Obviously if you're Rescue or Advanced, you won't be helping teach any class, but will work in the background supporting that class. You may be a "victim" in a class scenario etc. A DM on the other hand will be right in there assisting the instructor and being the gofor (aka boat b|+ch) whilst they learn the ropes. Part of your own class will be actually teaching under supervision of your Instructor. How you intern will depend on the relationship you have with the dive shop. Some will offer you a discounted Instructor training in exchange for your work, others may not and consider it part of your training period. One thing that will enhance your employment prospects after your training, no matter what, will be having a second language under your belt. Not everybody on the planet speaks english and if your goal is to work at a resort, having that second language will be a bonus to a potential employer. If you have any hospitality industry courses, that too will set you above other candidates in a resort type setting or even a liveaboard.
Question: How can I find a good driving instructor? Is it best to go with companies like BSM and the AA or should I chose and independant instructor? And do driving simulators work?
Answer: The company is immaterial it's all down to how good the instructor is.
Choose an instructor who has the highest level qualifications and ideally one who is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists
Make sure that the instructor is qualified to ADI level 3 and has also taken the Cardington Special Test (see web link below)
Question: Do you get what you pay for from a driving instructor? I am a driving instructor and wonder how some of my competitors can charge such a low hourly rate?
I charge much less than the big nationals, but quite a bit more than the real cheap ones. I don't know how someone can make a profit and provide a high standard of instruction when they charge little more than the minimum wage for an hours lesson.
Have you had a really cheap instructor, and what did they do to keep their costs down? Did they push you to take your test as soon as you were ready or keep putting you off? Did you share a lesson with another pupil? Did you get all the time you paid for? Did you pass quickly or keep failing? Did your instructor honour all lessons and turn up on time? Did you end up paying more in the long run or changing instructors? Can you get a really cheap instructor and still get good lessons and pass quickly?
Lots of questions there, lots of answers please.
By really cheap, I mean I see people advertising for between £6 and £10 per hour. I am at the test centre 2-3 times per week with a much higher than average pass rate. I never see these cheap ones at the test centre, is it a coincedence?
Answer: In answer to your question
No!, not judging by the standard of driving nowadays
Question: How do I become a certified yoga instructor? I am interested in becoming a yoga instructor, specifically for prenatal and mommy and me yoga (also known as Itsy Bitsy Yoga in some places). I used to do yoga all the time and I am now getting back into it and my love for it keeps growing. I know it will take a long time, and I am starting by taking regular Hatha Yoga classes, I just want to know the steps I will need to take, and any tips from anyone who has been there.
Answer: Talk with your Yoga instructor to see how they were certified...and to see "if" they are certified, many are, but quite a few are not...
You could also look online to see what the cert process is...try doing a google search on Yoga Certification and see what comes up...
Question: How do I become a nursing assistant instructor? I'm interested in becoming an instructor/teacher for any local community colleges and teach nursing assistant courses. I'm not sure how to get into it all.
Any help would be great, thanks!
I do have my BSN and 2 years experience. I've been an LPN and a CNA for years while in school.
Answer: In general, to teach you need a higher degree than who you teach; and the community colleges have their own teaching credential requirements. You also need a separate credential from the gov (although it can be a "limited one").. I would call up the CC & speak to someone.
Question: What are good ways for a flight instructor to generate students in this slumping economy? I am a new instructor and am having problems getting students. Besides paying high advertising prices or free ground schools, what other ways could be used?
Answer: It's going to be tough for a while, but the bottom line is you gotta go where the money and potential need is. "Hobby flying" is likely going to be down for a while, so either focus on those who want to make flying a career or who could use airplanes in a business.
If you're working with an FBO, they should be willing to share advertising expenses with you, or pay you per student for every one you bring in.
If you're freelancing, the career pilots are likely to take more advertising than it will be worth, and you don't have the types of airplanes to do full commercial, Instrument, Multiengine and CFI training.
Put together a professional PowerPoint presentation on the benefits of aviation, and how business aviation can contribute to profitability, polish it up for "prime time", and offer to visit local service clubs and business organizations as a guest speaker to discuss the importance of aviation.
Question: I want to become a certified fitness instructor. From where should I get my certification? I'm looking to become a certified fitness instructor (group fitness/aerobics/steb/kickboxing). I know a few people who have gone different routes for their certification and wondered if anyone knew which company/association was the best to go through. I'm looking for a not-super-expensive one that is recognizable.
Thanks!
Answer: there are lots to chose from. I chose a certification which would allow me to train a high caliber of athlete...
Question: How much should I pay a private dance instructor? I'm looking for a private dance instructor to come to my place 3 times a week for an hour each time. I am a beginner and not looking for an expert, just someone who has experience in dance.
I'm just wondering how much would be a reasonable amount to pay this person?
Answer: It depends on the experience and the talent of who you hire.
Remember that the teacher you will hire will not declare the money he gain to the government so you can pay less than regular wages.. If you tell me who it will be and what he will teach you exactly it will be easier for me to set an approximative price. If your teacher is one of your friend that just knows how to dance but never studied or anything than I think 15 bucks per hour would be plenty enough. Maybe even too much since it's 3 times a week. Give me more information and I will help you. (Message me if you edit I may not come back to look if you did)
If you are going to a studio the prices are already set and you have to cal to have the information but I would say it's around 50$-60$. (I give private classes and semi-private classes so I know the prices) Why don't you just take classes with a beginner group? it may be much funnier!
thinking about it if it's your friend teaching you don't pay them. real friends should teach you for free. And you can teach yourself it's not that hard. (depending on the style of course) message me if you decide to learn by yourself I will help you. It will make you save money and you will have your own style instead of copying on other dancers.
Question: What would you do when there is a instructor standing in your way? I want to update my skills on a subject at a local Technical College, but one key instructor, would rather I not come back to his program.
The instructor in question has a big ego and hates to be wrong about anything. I had to explain to him that apha particles have no electrons.
Answer: First I'd check to see if anyone else is teaching that program and try to get into their class. If he/she is the only one then I'd ask why and tell him how serious you are about the situation. Maybe you weren't serious when you took the class the first time.
Good luck....
Question: How can someone become a hip hop dance instructor? And at what age can someone begin? I am curious as to this because i was wondering when a person could begin. Insight?
Answer: yes. any age upon following instructions, and that's a if.

Answer: You have to go to the map "Forest North of Ellinia"
It is the map 3 over towards Perion from Ellinia. So exit the portal in Ellinia that leads towards Perion. Go over 1 map, then another map, and then 1 more. The map you want is the one with Fanzy the cat on it (he is near the bottom)
Keep going up and you will find the Instructor.
