Question: How do you change a townhouse management association? As one of many townhouse owners who want to change the management company who does not provide the customer service nor do the job that we as owners pay them to do with our monthly HOA fees. I couldn't find anything thing specifically in the HOA bylaws. Any ideas besides writing to the owners on tax records and ask them to meet and vote?
Answer: As an HOA; you have an elected Board that holds meetings to handle business for the HOA and as part of their duties, they have hired a HOA management company to operate the property. If you are unhappy with the management company then you need to go to the next Board Meeting and discuss this with the Board. The Board can then tell you what is in the contract with the management company and when and if that company can be fired and replaced with another company.

Question: Are "change management" and "performance management" promoted by morons for morons? Is performance management useful ?
Problem solving normally involves looking beyond the most obvious solutions.
It’s hard to see how performance management could deliver any value.
A person might have predetermined plans for integrating a system.
However the system might already possess good demonstration programs showing that all the functionality works.
Performance management would discourage any attention to such extra “goodies”.
Performance management eems to be designed by morons for morons.
Performance management would be beloved by the workplace psychopath who would then be kept informed of what the performance management is supposedly achieving, the workplace psychopath being able to then appear knowledgeable and pretend to be contributing
Answer: The workplace psychopath is an object of pity for the most part.
Change, depends on one's philosophy. Some resist it. Some welcome it. And some don't care either way. Just as a person will manage change in their life (or not manage change) the process can be applied to business.
Feeling superior (others are morons) is generally easily disputed. After all, if we are the superior one's wouldn't our coping skills be superior to the morons that we must deal with? Alas, this never seems to be the case. It is usually the one who finds others to be lacking in intelligence who suffers the most emotionally.

You will also be assigned a faculty adviser when you are enrolled at the new university who may also be able to better advise you on your possible career options.
