Answer: They will probably just ask you various questions about your previous jobs (what you liked, didn't like, time management, what motivates you, etc). They already know from your resume that you have the necessary skills so now they just want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit with the company. Be prepared at the end because they will probably ask you if you have any questions...you don't want to sit their struggling to come up with something, so think of things ahead of time. Also, a question can relate back to something they mentioned earlier in the interview. If you are at a true loss of questions, ask them what they like about working for the company....and then express an interest in the same thing. Definitely wear a suit! Good luck!
