Hi, I've been shortlisted for an interview for the post of in-house legal counsel for port management authority in three weeks time and now I'm doing some homeworks before the big day .Coming from Intellectual Property practice background, I'm quite vague about the scope of works for legal personnel in port management outfit,I mean what sort of legal issues they usually encounter etc.By the way, my prospective employer manages containers port only (no cruise ships etc).Thanks for the advice.
