Answer: Get a Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance (this is to give you good business background for your chosen field), go to law school, graduate and pass the Bar Exam in the state in which you wish to live and practice law. Law school does not really prepare you for any particular field of law or specialty. That you will only learn on the job once you get one. Just keep your grades high, study hard, and be sure you want to live the day-to-day working life of an attorney before you spend the time and resources after college to become one.

Answer: 1.) I see beer commercials all the time on TV. How can you bring something back that never was taken away? 2.) It's only a very small handful of lawyers that advertise on TV. Those that do are the "ambulance chasers" of today. I would not use any that do advertise like this.
