Question: Controller? I have two ps2 controllers. I am trying to get two players for my Sims 2 game, but one of my controllers does not work. I tried to use it on different games, and it DOES work, so I'm wondering if I should get a new controller, or if my sims 2 game is just screwed up?

Answer: Are you positive the Sims is 2 player? maybe you have to unlock multiplayer. or it might not be co-op (meaning take turns).

Question: What controller can I use besides the classic controller and game cube controller? I downloaded super Mario world on my wii as a gift for my dad and i own a game cube controller and not a classic controller to play it but when my dad plays it he says the game cube controller is too confusing so my other choice is the classic controller but if he doesn't be comfortable with that one also is there another type of controller I can get?

Answer: Nah, you have to use either the classic control$ler, or the gamecube controller. The only other thing I can think of is if a company like Yobo or something makes an adapter or something.

Question: What game controller is good to use for Windows 7? I'm planning to play an xbox related game (Fable:Lost Chapters) on my pc and I would like to use a game controller. Does anyone know if the xbox controllers would work on Windows 7? Or can anyone recommend a good pc game controller?

Answer: Yes, the Xbox 360 controllers (the USB ones) should work perfectly. Any other gamepad or controller should work just fine.

Question: What brand of controller do you recommend for the Nintendo 64 system? I want to get new controllers for my old nintendo 64 system. I had the nintendo brand controller but the joystick became loose after a while and a Madcatz brand controller's joystick broke off. Is there a 3rd party brand that is better than the nintendo brand?

Answer: There is no 3rd party brand that is better than the Nintendo brand. Since Nintendo created the controller, Nintendo has the best quality.

Question: Where is the controller for keyless entry located in a 2000 Trailblazer? My brother has a 2000 Trailblazer and doesn't have the keyless entry remote for the power locks. He needs to know where in the car the controller is for the keyless entry. He tells me his dad had a 2000 Trailblazer that DID have keyless entry so he's sure this one came with it too. He wants to remove the old controller so he can buy & install a new one. By the way, are there remote starters that also act as keyless remote? Anyhoo, my main question is where is the controller located? Thanx for any advice!

Answer: Go to the dealership, they can order a remote, he doesnt have to install a new controller. There are remote starters that has keyless entry, they are cheap and prob need to be professionally installed. Tell him to check out best buy, I got mine installed for like $50

Question: Where and How Does a Student Become Aircraft Traffic Controller? My nephew has asked me to research his interest in becoming an aircraft controller. I have never heard of this field being a major in colleges or universities, so I would imagine classes would be connected to major airports. If you are an aircraft controller or you know someone who is, could you offer any advice on how to get into the field. I do know that controllers have to have sharp memories, make flash decisions, be cool under pressure and work with other busy controllers and high tech equipment. How much do beginning controllers make per year, how long is the training, is it a hard profession to get hired into, and is there any open positions when training is completed? Answer: There are traffic management courses for civil engineers at many universities that may provide courses but the two places I can think of off hand where I know there are specific training programs are universities like Embry Riddle Aeronautics and the US Air Force Academy. http://www.erau.edu/db/degrees/b-airtraf… I suggest that you Google Air Traffic Control schools and Air Traffic Management schools In answer to the other parts of your question, yes there are many openings in this profession, in fact there is something of an anticipated shortage as a significant percentage of the current controllers are about to come up for retirement over the next few years. I believe the job is federal pay scale so the pay grade is G-level and I do not know off hand what level it is to start but it is mid level as I remember and with full government benefits. Though according to the career info on Wiki the pay scale was just reduced in 2006 to the same as it was 25 years ago and is not as attractive as it was. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_traffic… It is a demanding and important profession but not too hard for a committed person to get into and your son is eligible to be hired directly upon graduating from an accredited program. That Wiki article claims there are 14 accredited programs around the nation.

Question: How do I keep my wireless controller from staying engaged? To explain more clearly, I have a PS2 and have a wireless controller, every so often when I'm done playing games or using the controller for watching movies, the light continues to blink indicating that the controller is engaged. When I see it doing that I remove one of the batteries and it stops. However I'd like to not have to not keep doing that. Is there any way to keep it from doing this? Thanks for your help. Nope no on/off switch.

Answer: i know my friend has on and it messes with the PS2. the only thing that he was able to stop the wireless from wigging out was to go back to the regular controller. yes the one with a cord, i know it's not as convenient as the wireless but it's a lot less hassle.

Question: What is the best guitar hero controller to get for cheap? I want to get a guitar controller for guitar hero (on xbox 360) and was wondering what the best cheap ones are, and how much they are. I found a 'Guitar Hero X-Plorer Wired Guitar Controller', but was wondering if there were any cheaper, but still good quality ones. Also, is the one I mentioned the official one? And can you use older controllers for the newer games?

Answer: You can use any Xbox 360 guitar controller with any of the Guitar Hero games. There are some knock-off guitars out there, and although i have not personally used them, I've been told they work just as well. Wireless is obviously more expensive so go with wired to save some money, plus the wired actually work better. Go to Target or Wal-Mart and they have the official and knock-offs there together so u can see them, but the knock-ff will work just as well. Go get your guitar and keep rocking!!!

Question: What kind of midi controller should I get to make house music? Hello! I want to start creating house music and I believe one of my first steps is getting a midi controller? Is there certain midi controllers people would suggest I get? I don't want it to be too pricey, but quality is also very important in the compromise. Thanks!

Answer: If you're looking for a midi controller, I assume you'll be mainly recording with software synths (aka VSTi's). This is a more affordable route to go than the one that a hardware junkie such as myself would take. You only need one physical keyboard, saving you space and money. If you're doing this, the type of midi controller isn't important to the genre, as it isn't producing any actual sound. Just about any controller works, but I like this one: http://keyboards-midi.musiciansfriend.co… It's reasonably priced, has 4 octaves, and has plenty of knobs so you can tweak your synth sounds in real time. Your main focus, though, should be on the software synths that will work best for you. There are lots of varieties, from software reproductions of old classics to new and unique ones that can twist sounds in unusual ways. It's hard to say what you'll need, though, as any genre can be played with pretty much any synth. It's only about 10% what the synth can do, and 90% what you can do with the synth.

Question: What is the difference between the ps3 dualshock 3 controller and the sixaxis controller? what is the difference between the ps3's Dualshock3 and the Sixaxis controller? i have a game that says you can control and do certain things with the sixaxis controller. The controller im using said it was a dualshock 3, yet i can still do the things it says i need a sixaxis for.

Answer: Dualshock 3 has vibration Sixaxis doesn't That's the ONLY difference. P.S. A Dualshock 3 technically is a Sixaxis (because sixaxis the name of the motion-sensing technology) Your game is telling you that if you have one of the non-sony controllers (some don't have the motion feature), then you won't be able to do motion-controlled stuff.
