Company policy states that an officer title is treated as a title change and not a promotion but that it is an honor to be nominated. Answer: Well, when I got the title of officer it was due to the bank only allowed officers to have credit authority. It wasn't a promotion and no additional money was given. There aren't any benefits except you can list it on your resume.

We seem to get a lot of the questions from India where people identify themselves as engineers, but seem to have little knowledge of even basic engineering concepts. In India, do the merely stick the word engineering on the end of every degree?
