Question: Why is there so many people in Managerial positions think they are something special and have attitude? I have seen it happen in several Industries I have worked in....Someone gets promoted to a Managerial position and the power goes to there heads! They suddenly become AR**H**ES.!! ....who think they are superior to everyone else... Ive always said it takes one to promote one.... Come on we`ve all seen them...Now lets see how many COME FORWARD and answer my question...with a BUT...

They have to be certain types of people to survive at that altitude and having just been promoted myself i can say for sure im not going to survive - im suffocating already!! The pressure gets too much and you either take it out on others or go crazy like i am and resign!! no buts here only this one - i wish i hadnt been promoted!! I can see arses all around me!!

Answer: Do a search for "TN Visa" If you qualify under any of those fields, you can go to www.monster.ca and start to apply for jobs at any company that has a job in that field. If you do not qualify under those areas, then you will have to go through regular visa channels which can take several years. They are offering wages that doesn't fit the requirements of your expertise though so, a person like you could find a job quite easily in the present job market. You haven't mentioned your age, Your age may also play a part, if you are youngish, you have a great chance, if you are around middle age then you will find it much more difficult. That isn't the end of it either, you will need to take a drastic wage cut, would your lifestyle at the moment stand the test? Obviously you will have to learn to take orders from your boss you are not used to doing that, you was the one giving the orders. (Asking politely) from your statement you sound like a boss most workers would want to take over from because you are a pushover. Question: Why most arabic employers prefer egyptians to be on their managerial and supervisory positions? Is it because of their religion and /or arabic language? And why not other arabic speaking countries like jordan, lebanon, syria etc?
