Answer: We have different kinds of incentives. I work for a TMO General Care Call Center. We have several different departments and each has its own incentives, main departments being Gen Care, Financial Care, Tech Care, and Activations. There is NO commission over the phone at T-Mobile Customer Care, so don't think that's the case. We do get points for different things each month, such as number of customers that upgrade with us or number of customers that want to switch to this plan, blah blah. But we don't push those hard at all. Each point is worth $1.00 and we can spend it however we want. It's a PPM Suite system, (google it). We have different incentives every month for other things like winning free phones, etc. We have monthly cash incentive programs based on our Quality scores and Call Resolution Times. Lastly, the only real thing that may be a strictly consistent "financial incentive byond the hourly wage" is a shift differential. Employees who work past 7:30 PM make an extra $1.00 per hour, and employees who work both weekend days (Sat & Sun) make an extra $1.50 per hour.

Answer: Its meant to be the cost of a local call. I have called them from New South Wales and it cost me 30cents as i had to pay the call connection fee, but not call duration. So its really cheap Just be prepared to deal with someone who speaks english as a second language Good Luck

Question: Does Yahoo customer support reply or do they just ignore you? My yahoo account was hacked so I contacted New Zealand Yahoo customer support (because I live in New Zealand). Answer: There is no age requirements. They will ask for the serial # on the back of the 360, and maybe register it for you via xbox.com. They will ask you what the problem is, and when it started. Then they will ask you how long ago you purchased the system. If it hasn't been more than 90 days, they will ask you for your adress and mail you a pre-paid box. You will need to send them the 360 in that box, keeping the HDD and accessories, and they will ask you to mail it in as well as a proof of purchase or a copy of it. Now, if the system is over 90 days old, they MIGHT make you pay $130 as well. They will take from 2 to 4 weeks getting your 360 bak to you, and it will be the worst time of your life. Trust me, I know, and I'm 13, and did it all.
