Answer: There are two types in construction industry. 1) commercial & Residential. In case of commercial the calculation should be 33% of the work value and the tax is 12.36%. Whereas in case of Residential/non commercial the service tax is not applicable if the construction is made with in 8 flats. if ts more it attracts. Service tax. Sales Tax: In put credit can be availed on purchase of materials procured for construction (other than capital goods). but since you are availing benefit in the service tax structure you can't afford to enjoy the entire input credit for purchases you have made. You have to add 1% on the total purchases & calculate the tax liability to pay. Wherein you can adjust the input credit & the balance can be paid.

Answer: Bad idea. I've never known Zenith to make anything good other than a TV. Look at Dell Vostros, they may be more expensive but you're getting business geared PCs with a good company backing them.

How much you cross sell is very important. If they have only a checking account how to get them to open a savings account. If they have only credit card how cross sell a personal loan or insurance policy. (or anything else they have to fill a quota for). As for the job itself it is a good job & you may be working in a branch environment. If your coworker / managers are nice it can even be fun. It will wear on you as far as constant customers asking about bounce(returned) Checks. High fees. Checks not clearing when they want it to. And just plain old arrogant customers. The job will help your resume. Pay depending on the location can be $35-$45,000 a year. But banks are tring to be cheaper now. Commissions does depend on you do and what the bank give per account/application/loan. Can be as much as $20,000 extra.Hard Work thou. Try to hold on an apply for a higher position that you like.May take at least a year. Get to Know the company and coworkers in other departments. The real money is made in investments and loans. I brought an suzuki swift recently and the brake having problems but i was blush off by the customer service that there's nothing wrong with the brakes when i went down to champion motors to log an complaint. There's also bubbles appear on the roof top and the bornet of my car. They had it repaint but the jobs was suck! Now my car paint becames patches and uneven. The paint work problems appear one week only after i brought the car! Had request since then to had my car change but it don't seen to work. Any one out there can offer an solution to my problems?

Answer: Personally, I prefer good service, and don't mind paying a little extra for it. I'm not rich, but I'll wait a bit longer to buy something and pay extra, if I know my problems will be taken care of.

Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping . Aid customers in locating merchandise. Answer: The hardest part is helping them all the way through. Sometimes, you only have the capability to help them so far, then you have to guide them to another department. I found it frustrating to only help my customers so far. and of course the very difficult ones... They can bring your entire week down.
