Answer: I am not aware of any laws actually requiring energy audits. However, many companies are becoming aware of waste, and they hire energy managers, or energy management consultants. Typically, as a rule of thumb, if the cost of the project can be paid back in a three year period, the project is considered viable. Answer: Show the MD studies by management experts that if workers are not given breaks of 10-15 minutes, efficiency becomes very low by the afternoon. If he does not listen, it is his problem. Meanwhile search for jobs where your knowledge and skills are more appreciated.

Answer: The banking sector employees some of the largest number of IT professionals, although a large proportion of these are unlikely to be based in the country where their software/security etc is actually used. For example, the worlds biggest bank (HSBC, according to Forbes Top 1000 Global Banks) employs more software developers than Microsoft. Alot of the work is done in countries like China and India for the banks operations throughout the entire world, however there are still many hunderds of jobs in local sites, particularly the more high paid ones.

Question: want to work in the construction/housing/ real estate industry??? i know i want to do something in construction. i thought about project manager or contractor but i am not sure that is really what i am looking for . Answer: What you are describing sounds like interior design. If you want to design a whole building, that would be architecture. But, that is more in line with the outside appearance, the structure, etc. The way it looks, aesthetics, is interior design.

The market is allowed to determine prices for consumer goods and agricultural products, and farmers are allowed to sell all or some of their products on the open market and keep some or all of the profit as an incentive to increase and improve production. COMMUNISM has failed, Socialism never has.

Answer: The United States already is semi-socialistic and it is necessary to "some" extent for a safe and healthy society. If we didn't have some public services, such as basic, basic county health care, public schools, etc., we'd probably have an illiterate and diseased society! For some reason a lot of folks don't seem to understand the difference between degrees of socialism and then socialism vs. communism. A minimal degree of Socialism (such as in western europe) offers a free and democratic society, only with some tax dollars used for social programs. Neither pure Capitalism nor pure Socialism is good ... moderation, or something inbetween, is what is best.
