Question: Do i need to write IELTS to work in australia, specially for STONEMASON job?
Answer: You must have IELTS for all jobs for skilled migration to Australia, though the required level is lower for some types of jobs than others. For a trade, you will need to have 'vocational English'. Vocational English is having a reasonable command of the English language, coping with overall meaning in most situations and the ability to communicate effectively in your nominated field of employment.
To demonstrate you have vocational English you must show that you:
have scored a minimum of 5.0 in each of the four IELTS test components; or hold a passport from the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the United States of America or the Republic of Ireland.
EDIT:
Actually Skribblee, Stonemason is one of the jobs on the Migrant Occupations in Demand List (the MODL) which lists the jobs with the very most urgent requirements for workers and which offers priority visa processing to applicants.

Question: I am traveling to Thailand would like to find a job in the stone business? I have traveled there three times already and would like to live there for extended period of time. I am a stonemason with 15 yrs. experience. How would I go about finding a job in this feild of work.
Answer: I don't think you can get a job a Thai can do. The law is so stupid about this. But try contact a laywer first when you arrive. Even with 15 years experience, I don't think you can learn them anything. They do it their own way, even its not the smartest, But they are exellent in their skills anyway.
Question: Was Jesus a woodworker or a stonemason? Strange question possibly - everybody seems to think he was a carpenter. But I saw a programme recently that said the actual description of his job was more akin to a stonemason than someone who carved wood. Anyone got any (ideally non-Biblical) references I could explore on this?
lol a pizza chef? Kewl. Guess that would explain the idea Sam Kinison referred to then - Jesus the Miracle Caterer.
Answer: the word is someone who works with their hands. its possible carpenter, but a lot more probable he worked with stone
