Answer: Flash cards can be helpful, but you need a system where you can keep the ones that you are pretty sure of separate from the ones that you still don't know, but available so you can go back and revisit them from time to time.
If you are a visual learner, instead of writing English words on the back of them, try drawing pictures or cutting pictures out of magazines.
This is easy to do with nouns, action verbs, and adjectives.
If you relate the word that you are learning to the image, you will picture it in your mind and recall it much faster.
Another thing that works well for visual learners is to put labels on everything.
For example:
Things in your room... bed, nightstand, door, floor , rug, lamp, closet, dresser, alarm clock, tv, window, curtain, chair, etc.
If your parents don't mind, you could do the same thing in other rooms.
bathroom - sink, toilet, towels, bathtub, shower,
There is a long list of things that you can learn that way, and with relatively little effort.
I hope this helps.
Question: CAN SOMEONE HELP ME EDIT THIS COVER LETTER? I need help editing my cover letter, can someone help.
My name is Itzel Azucena Barajas. I am 23 years old and I live in Winters, California. I am very interested in applying for the position of Accounting Clerk listed in the classifieds of The Davis Enterprise. Throughout this letter and my resume you will become aware of my knowledge and experience that can be an asset to this company.
In my present and previous jobs my duties have included filling, billing, collections, data entry, client intakes, as well as customer service. I always like to stay clean and organized that way I can have a better work environment. I consider my self to be very dependable, and open about my job duties and availability. I always look for a challenge so I can expand my knowledge and become a better person. I learn things fast, and like to accomplish all the goals that I set for my self as well as goals that other people set for me. Of course I would also like you to know that I am bilingual, which is a skill a lot of employers look for.
I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to review my resume. I look forward to your reply. I would appreciate the opportunity to join your tea and demonstrate that my skills and knowledge can get the job done.
Respectfully yours,
Answer: You might want to make yourself seem more intelligent by choosing different words and such while not seeming too pretentious. This is what I might do.
My name is Itzel Azucena Barajas. I am 23 years old and currently residing in Winters, California. I am interested in becoming an accounting clerk for The Davis Enterprise.
I have experience in filing, billing, collections, data entry, client intakes, as well as customer service in which I provide myself an organized environment in order to be more productive. I consider myself to be very reliable and I challenge myself to further expand my intellectuals. I learn things fast and am very ambitious. I like to accomplish all the goals that I as well as my peers set for me. I am also bilingual-English and (insert other language here).
I would like to thank you very much for taking the time out of your schedule to look at my resume and hopefully consider me as a future employee.
Don't make it too long because the average employer looks at a resume for 10-30 seconds. There are tens of hundreds of thousands applying for the same exact job that you want. Differentiate yourself and get right to the point in your resume. On your cover letter, there's more breathing room but don't get carried away. You had a couple of spelling errors that I caught like the fact that you wrote "filling". Filling is putting something into something, like I'm filling my doughnut with jelly. You're talking about putting things such as papers into some sort of file. Also, you wrote "my self" and it's suppose to be "myself". Even though this wasn't part of your question, make your objective the first thing he/she sees under your name and contact information. Keep your dates on the right and your descriptions on the right because it's much easier to read. Make sure your experience is under your objectives. I hope I helped.

Answer: i think its great. very well thought out.
Question: does an anime dvd box set (perfect collection) have the north american voice actors? or does it have japanese people speaking english or what id think it would be the north american ones but im asking to make sure it says its bilingual
example http://www.animedvdsupply.com/chrono-cru…
does it use the north american voice actors?
Answer: Please, please, PLEASE don't buy that from that site.
It's an obvious bootleg. First and foremost, ADV (the people who did the English version of Chrono Crusade) has never put out an edition of Chrono Crusade called "Perfect Collection." Secondly, if you look at the format for the DVD it says All Region, which is another tell tale sign that it is bootleg. Official release will have Region 1 for US English releases, and Region 2 for Japanese imports. Anything that says Region Free, or Region 0, or All Region is going to be a bootleg.
If you want to buy Chrono Crusade, which I encourage you to do, then the cheapest I have found it is here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B… . That's an OFFICAL release. And yes, they can speak in either English or Japanese in this release- whatever floats your boat.
If you are going to purchase the bootleg version, you might as well just download it off the internet and then take 30 bucks out of your pocket and set it on fire- because it's the exact same thing. You aren't helping anyone when you buy a bootleg DVD. The creator and artist and actors don't see a dime- so why are you even spending money on it?
Edit: The official version most certainly will have the North American voice actors. With bootleg, there are no guarantees. It is most likely that they WILL be the same actors- but it could also just be some random dudes doing it themselves. Like I said, it's not an official release.
